Description
This 41 Ford Coupe, is an insanely well-detailed build. Completed in the 2010 time frame and then sold at MECUM in 2011, the Ford Street Rod then resided with the buyer until our acquisition. As you can see underneath the car a full chassis with round tubing has been created to house the Heidt's twin coil over Ford 9" rear end which has been completely polished. Magnaflow exhaust, chromed from end to end and secured to the frame, not on rubber hangers for a tight to the frame fitment. Up front, a Ford 351 stroked to a 383 sits in front of a C4 automatic transmission. The engine is fuel-injected and runs on Mass Air Flow. Starts right up without drama. The Mustang II suspension has tubular A-arms and everything is polished or chromed, even the calipers. Billet aluminum wheels look spectacular and really get the "Street Machine" vibe down pat. Inside there is a Vintage Air, CD Player, Radio, and a remote to control the hidden radio. The builder elected to retain the factory dash which is cool. Incorporating turn signal indicators and the original speedo. The tan leather interior is really a timeless choice and makes this car easy to love for years to come.
